Join Our Team – HR Manager (Cairo, Egypt)
At ATC Egypt, we are committed to fostering a workplace where people thrive. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function, ensuring compliance, strategic alignment, and a strong company culture.
This role involves overseeing talent acquisition, HR operations, employee development, and outsourcing projects. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business growth while ensuring that our workforce remains engaged, compliant, and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Lead outsourcing projects for both blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
- Ensure legal compliance with Egyptian labor laws and workplace regulations.
- Manage employee relations, payroll processes, and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with department heads and the Centre of Excellence (CoE) to enhance HR processes.
- Promote a quality-driven HR culture aligned with ISO 9001 and TQM principles.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: 6-8 years in HR, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) required.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR laws, recruitment, compliance, and outsourcing.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage HR teams, drive process improvements, and implement business-aligned HR strategies.
- Technology Proficiency: HRIS, HR analytics, and Microsoft Office.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: EGP 50,000 per month.
