Premium Guest Experience Specialist

We are looking for a Premium Guest Experience Specialist supporting hotel partners, guests, travel advisors, and sales teams-handling complex bookings, special programs, VIP requests, and operational coordination.

What you’ll do day-to-day

  • Manage reservations end-to-end: new bookings, changes, cancellations, reconfirmations (corporate/wholesale/package).
  • Provide Polish and Italian support.
  • Coordinate with hotel properties on VIP preferences, special occasions, arrival details, group room blocks, and service recovery.
  • Handle folios, billing/commission questions, confirmations, and privacy-compliant guest info handling.
  • Fix operational issues: ADA requirements, special requests, early check-in/late arrival, no-show waivers, complaints, and VCC (virtual credit card) processing problems.

What they’re looking for

  • Fluent Polish and Italian.
  • Experience in hospitality / reservations / travel operations / customer engagement.
  • Strong multi-tasking + detail, stakeholder management, and confidentiality with guest data.
  • One-line elevator pitch
  • On-site Polish-speaking hospitality support in complex hotel reservations and VIP/special-program requests end-to-end, coordinating closely with properties and sales teams to deliver a Premium Service
