As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our HR team in Cairo. This role is essential in ensuring we attract, hire, and onboard the best candidates for both internal roles and client-based projects.
As a Recruiting Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Operations Team to meet evolving workforce demands. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent across a range of industries, with a particular focus on large-scale hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar roles. Your ability to manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards will be key to your success in this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to meet client-specific and project-based staffing needs.
- Conduct targeted talent sourcing and build a strong pipeline of pre-screened candidates.
- Handle large-scale recruitment campaigns, particularly for outsourced workforce solutions.
- Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and clients, ensuring smooth coordination and timely hiring.
- Ensure all hiring activities comply with Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to continuously optimize hiring processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, with a strong background in high-volume hiring.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with blue-collar and white-collar workforce solutions.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: EGP 25,000 – 30,000 per month
