ICESERVE24 Global Operations & Communications Center (GOCC) is our state-of-the-art C4I (Command, Control, Communication, Computers & Intelligence) platform, which is connected to our Regional Operations & Communication Centers, located in Cyprus and Mexico, which are connected to our Local TOC in every country we operate. We have taken the steps to go further than any company to ensure that redundancy and overwatch is provided and delivered on every desire. Our GOCC, ROCC and TOC are manned by highly trained multi-national operational specialists, speaking a variety of languages and operational 24/7, the GOCC can be used by clients as a ‘nerve center’ for their operations as well as a best practice blueprint in the build, operation and maintenance of our clients’ in-house C4I platforms.

The GOCC specialists provide primary and secondary monitoring through ICETRACK to global devices. They follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on receipt of any panic, geo fence or speeding notifications. Primary monitoring assumes first line response for any panic/emergency alarm notifications and secondary monitoring ensures that the primary monitoring site is contacted and that they have registered and taken appropriate action as per the SOPs for that client/device.

ICETRACK is ICESERVE24™ proprietary tracking and monitoring technology that provides clients with a real-time tracking, incident response and an asset management suite for any static or mobile asset deployed globally. The goal of ICETRACK is to ensure duty of care and to save lives. Our security operating picture interface and In Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) allows a rendering of immediate threat updates and other critical information—enabling safe journey management.

ICETRACK offers a complete and unique outsourced security management capability and fully integrated tracking with immediate information, alerting and ground security. The technology also provides various levels of monitoring on behalf of ICETRACK customers in our 24/7 Global Operations & Communications Center (GOCC), operated by trained HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) experts well-versed in crisis/emergency management with broad linguistic bases in English, Arabic, Farsi, Turkish and Spanish.

Al Thuraya Consultancy has more than a decade of experience supporting overseas contingency operations in support of national security objectives and humanitarian efforts.
